HEllo! I'm Rafael
My name is Rafael, but you can call me Raf! I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Albany, New York, serving couples and clients across Upstate NY and beyond! When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me figure skating or practicing ice dance, both of which keep me creative, focused, and always ready for a challenge!
I started in filmmaking and fashion, but I found a bigger purpose in wedding and portrait photography. That purpose comes from the connections I make with the people I work with, and through the love and legacy of my own family. The inspiration behind the name Kosinski Photography.

"I had been in the area at the time and wanted photos for my portfolio. He had taken me to all sorts of different locations that he had experience shooting at, for example the Museum of Ice Cream, as well as other sights that had good backgrounds and lighting. We had shot from earlier during the day and ended later in the evening. Which was very exhausting for both of us, but even more for Raf. After a few days after the shoot, Raf had quickly edited the photos and they turned out amazing! All of the photos were very clear and the lighting was perfect. Overall the best photoshoot experience I’ve ever had."
